Gentle. Effective. Deeply Restorative.

A modern skin rejuvenation treatment rooted in your body’s innate healing intelligence.

Microneedling in my practice is not about aggressively forcing change — it’s about inviting the skin to remember how to repair, rebuild, and glowUsing the AcuLift™ Micro Pen, a professional medical‑grade device designed specifically, I combine modern collagen‑induction therapy with the principles of East Asian medicine: circulation, nourishment, and balance. Every treatment is customized, unhurried, and performed in a calm, luxurious setting — where skin health is treated as an extension of whole‑body wellness.

What Can It Help With?

Fine lines and wrinkles · acne scars · enlarged pores · uneven skin tone · stretch marks · dull or aging skin · surgical or traumatic scars. Microneedling also enhances the absorption of topical serums, making every product you use afterward work harder.

What to Expect

A thin layer of numbing cream is applied before treatment. Most patients experience only mild pressure and vibration with minimal discomfort. Sessions typically take 30–60 minutes. Afterward, expect warmth, redness, and tightness similar to a mild sunburn — all normal signs that your skin's repair process has begun. Most patients see noticeable improvement after 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

My Philosophy

Skin reflects what is happening beneath the surface — physically, emotionally, and hormonally. My goal is not to chase perfection, but to help your skin return to clarity, vitality, and resilience.

Microneedling is offered as a standalone treatment or as part of a broader integrative care plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Professional microneedling uses a medical-grade motorized pen with adjustable depth and speed, creating uniform micro-channels that reach the dermis — where collagen remodeling actually happens. At-home rollers are too shallow and inconsistent to produce comparable results and carry a higher risk of irritation or infection.

Yes. Unlike lasers, microneedling does not use heat or light, so the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) is significantly lower. However, if you have a history of hyperpigmentation or keloid scarring, please let us know — we will adjust depth, technique, and aftercare accordingly to minimize risk.

Microneedling may be ideal if you’re looking to:

  • Improve skin texture and tone

  • Reduce fine lines and wrinkles

  • Minimize acne scars or superficial scarring

  • Address hyperpigmentation

  • Restore firmness and elasticity

  • Achieve a healthy, radiant glow

If you have a history of herpes simplex virus (HSV / cold sores), microneedling can potentially trigger a reactivation — especially when treating near the mouth. Antiviral prophylaxis (such as valacyclovir) is typically prescribed before treatment. You must inform us of your HSV history so we can plan accordingly. Active cold sores are an absolute contraindication — treatment will be rescheduled.

Your skin may appear pink or slightly red, similar to a mild sun‑kissed glow. This typically resolves within 12–24 hours.

Many patients notice brighter, smoother skin after one session. Results continue to improve over 3–6 monthly treatmentsas collagen and elastin rebuild. With proper care, results can last up to several years, especially when supported by good skincare and overall health.

Microneedling is not appropriate for individuals with active acne or skin infections, open wounds, active cold sores, a history of keloid scarring (without prior discussion), blood clotting disorders, or those who are pregnant. Certain medications such as isotretinoin (Accutane) require a waiting period before treatment.
