I am a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), licensed Acupuncturist (LAc), and Herbalist, graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle. My practice is rooted from a 4-generation family lineage of Chinese Medicine practitioners, blending traditional wisdom with modern Naturopathic therapies to offer a comprehensive approach to health and healing.

After completing my studies, I furthered my education with advanced training in Shanghai and Taiwan, and gained valuable experience studying holistic practices in Japan, Nepal, and Tibet. This diverse training shapes my approach to providing holistic care that addresses the body, mind, and spirit.

I specialize in acupuncture, with a focus on e-stim acupuncture for fast, effective relief from pain, stress, and other health concerns. I also incorporate herbal medicine, gua-sha cupping, nutrition, and Naturopathic therapies to provide personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs.
